About Us

Ian and Farzad set up Infinite Financial Services Ltd in 2010. Ian has worked in the financial services industry for the past 25 years, the last 20 of which specialising as a mortgage and protection advisor. Ian prides himself on providing an honest and professional service to his clients. Over the years Ian has successfully helped many families and individuals achieve their dreams of home ownership. Father to Jade and husband to Kath, Ian enjoys spending his spare time with friends and family, watching sports and is involved with raising money for local charities.

Farzad has over 15 years’ experience as a mortgage and protection adviser.  With a professional approach from beginning to end, Farzad meets the individual needs of each client, who range from having aspirations of home ownership, saving money by remortgaging or wanting to invest in property, by providing advice, not just on their mortgage requirements, but also their protection needs. When not in the office, Farzad enjoys family time with his Wife, Jennie and three sons, William, Romin and Kian.  For his sins, Farzad is a keen Preston North End fan and you may also sometimes find him playing golf (badly, whilst on his phone to clients!)

Natalie has worked in the financial services industry for the past 15 years during which time she has gained her full CeMap qualifications. Natalie joined our team in April 2016 as a Paraplanner on a part-time basis, providing administrative support to the mortgage and protection advisors, non advising. Her knowledge and experience within the industry provides additional help and support to the advisors. In her spare time, Natalie enjoys family days out with her husband James and their son Charlie. All three of them are season ticket holders at Ewood Park where they watch their beloved Blackburn Football Club. When not watching Blackburn lose, Natalie likes to socialise with friends and family and go to the theatre.

Kathryn joined Infinite Financial Services in 2012 to undertake the role of office manager. Previously she had worked within various sections of the Finance Department of Wigan Council. Kathryn’s role within the company includes providing administrative support to the mortgage & protection advisors, and focusing on keeping the office protocols in place and ensuring that high standards are met for compliance. Kathryn particularly enjoys working at Infinite, because of the ethos of the advisers that she supports, in the way they help and advise their clients in a professional manner. Kathryn is the wife of Ian, and mother of daughter Jade, 17. Kathryn enjoys keeping fit by zumba and PiYo classes. In her leisure time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the cinema and concerts.

Lee joined Infinite Financial Services in 2019 as an administrator to provide administrative support to the mortgage and protection advisors. Lee has worked in administrative roles for the last 9 years and her experience in customer service has provided her with the ability to adapt well to her role within Infinite FS. Lee enjoys spending time with her fiancé Liam and giant rabbit Roger, she also has a keen interest in gardening and cross stitching.
