Farzad is the best: reserved a new build home and apply for mortgage through a mortgage adviser, unfortunately got mortgage rejected, was close to deadline very stressful and tough time. a friend of mine recommended Farzad. I called him and explain my situation, Farzad gave me some advise over the phone, I applied myself, followed his advises and got mortgage offer even with lower interest rate.
